Magenta Living is a not-for-profit housing provider, currently owning and managing nearly 13,000 homes . We are the largest affordable housing provider in Wirral, housing just under 10 per cent of Wirral's population, also operating across the North West of England. We have invested around £200 million in our homes over recent years and have ambitious plans to build over 1,000 new homes by 2030.

As one of the 10 JobsPlus pilots, we are literally opening doors for our customers in one of the most deprived neighbourhoods in the country. During 2024/25 we created £4.2 million in social value for our communities through our employment and skills activities.
