Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA) is a small, resident focused housing association, rooted in North and East London since 1933, and building more homes in Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest. We provide truly affordable housing, with more than 2,500 homes.

Working with local authorities and other housing associations
We work in close co-operation with our local authorities, Homes England, and other local housing associations, including black and minority ethnic (BAME), special needs housing associations and co-operatives. Investment in development is provided by the Greater London Authority.
We are proud to lead the North River Alliance (NRA), which is a consortium of north and east London community-based housing associations.
