Great Places manages over 26,000 affordable homes across 30 local authority areas in the North West and South Yorkshire. Our Community Investment Team supports residents with employment, training, and volunteering opportunities, recognising the importance of stable employment for resilient communities.
We have allocated over £500,000 from our Hardship and Community Resilience Funds to help tackle poverty and austerity. Despite the cost-of-living crisis and the Government-imposed rent cap, affordability remains a key concern for our Board.
