Meet the Team of the Year!

This month’s webinar is presented by the Employment Support Team at Radian.  The team won the Employability Professionals award for ‘team of the year’ – that ‘Recognises a team of frontline staff which has demonstrated outstanding commitment in meeting, and exceeding, the delivery aims of an employment service’.

At the time of the award, the Minister for Disabled People, Health and Work, Penny Mordaunt MP said:

“It’s truly inspiring to hear stories about the excellent work that businesses are doing to help people get into, and stay in employment . This would not be possible without the tireless efforts of front line staff who make such a difference to people’s lives every single day.”

Join us to hear how they did it!  This webinar will go through the steps the team took to establish their service;

  • setting targets and KPIs
  • reaching out to employers
  • motivating residents towards their goals
  • sustaining employment outcomes
